A lone GEVO trundles along long hood forward through the green rolling hillsides of North Dakota, about to cross a rural crossing. The lone unit, the CP 8867, was running from Burlington, ND to Carpio, ND to grab a ballast train and head back towards Burlington to assist with the washouts due to the recent flooding of the Souris River.
