An interesting sight: power from a Midwest railroad leads a train past a trademark location of the Northeast. Though it is no longer active, XO Tower has been in the process of being renovated by the City of Mechanicville in hopes of it becoming a tourist center. With Pan Am Southern constructing a new intermodal / auto yard in town, it appears that the city has stepped-up its work in the last couple years, most recently installing new windows, as seen here.
