| Its the 4th of July, and BNSF has spent the past three days opening the tracks through Minot after the flooding Souris River put half the city under water... The first 'revenue' train rolls West with a trio of Dash 9's, over the freshly ballasted right of way, and past the downtown crew base which still has its dike up. |
