| Pacific Harbor Line is utilizing two of the "Pleasing Frankenstein" P30Cs from Progress Rail these days. One is in UP colors and is leased. The other is PHL property and wears their handsome zebra stripe. It is seen here leaving the yard to work on a dock job. |
