| The first NECR northbound freight since Irene is rounding the curve that had been submerged by White River flood waters passes the Eatons Sugarhouse in Royalton, VT with the NECR (recently relettered from GEXR) GP38 3843, NECR GP38 3855 and CSOR B39-8E 8520 leading the 140-car train.
