Amtrak Pacific Surfliner #578 accelerates out of the station in Orange, California, with F59PHI 457, making its inaugural run in it's new wrap markings, advising people to stay off the tracks. (The slogan accompanying the hand logo is "Tragedies touch all of us".) This is the same paint scheme worn by Amtrak California (CDTX) F59PHI 2004.
