| 100 empty grain cars roar down Donner Pass with four General Electric locomotives in control as the sounds of dynamic breaks echo through the mountain air. With a good few inches snow, Boca holds the record for the coldest recorded temperature in California with a bone chilling -45 degrees Fahrenheit. |
