The Waterloo, IA, to Ft. Dodge, IA, local is waiting for the car department to buckle their train before doubling up 4 tracks and heading west. This job will do all the local work to Ft. Dodge overnight, and in the morning this train becomes L579 to Sioux City out of Ft. Dodge.
