| Classic Gotthard locomotive Ae 6/6 11421 "Grischun" (built in 1958) with a charter train "Classic Courier" from Germany to Viareggio/Italy in the Biaschina, meeting Eurocity 14 Milan-Zürich (ETR 470 of Trenitalia). In the background the middle and upper levels of the Gotthard line "staircase", on the left the highway bridge crossing the valley. The beautifully restored Ae 6/6 is loaned to and operated by association "Verein Erhalt historische Elektrolokomotive Ae 6/6" and based in Biasca. |
