| "Can I give you a hand?" The departing crew gets the remainder of their gear of the UP 5248 just before the new crew boards and takes this long loaded wind train down to Roseville. Newcastle is not your typical crew change location but because the wind train took so long to come down Donner Pass, a new crew was required for the short 14 mile stint. |
