| A rare view of Providence & Worcester power - especially a P&W B40-8W - leading passenger coaches on the Vermont Rail System was had on October 19, when a Green Mountain Gateway passenger special rolled from Whitehall, NY to Worcester, MA with the Green Mountain Railroad's Combine car 280 and business car 4 "MacIntyre" behind the P&W B40-8W 4005.
