| After a extreme lull in traffic due to a derailment in Altoona van trains start running east and westbouds, first 3 eastbound are all riding each others blocks. The second of the three stack trains, 20Q, snakes across the OC bridge seen in a little bit different angle compared to the typical OC shot. |
