| The winter of 2009/2010 was hard on Washington DC with two major Blizzards. P42 20 is coupled back-to-back with another P42 going throughout Washington Terminal to keep tracks clear as the relentless snow falls hard. In a matter of a few hours, those dwarf signals will be buried and all yard moves will come to a brief halt for safety reasons due to white out conditions. |
