| After a quick run down from Chesapeake, the crew had dropped their entire train at a customer north of Elizabeth City by 1000 and were running light headed for the office when the day went south. The pick-up truck seen in the far right side of the frame being towed off crossed in front of the units at an unprotected crossing and was struck by the 2190. Fortunately there were no injuries to anyone but the Silverado. The police team talks things over with the crew before the paperwork ensues. |
