    This locomotive is known as SYBIC, like SYnchronous and DUal DC 1,5 kV AC 25 kV. It was built as well as for heavy freight or fast 125 mph passengers trains. Therefore, it was to be very powerful, 5600 kW. It has only one traction motor per truck.
