| The neighbor of the beast and another GE are on the point of Q283 as they blast out of the rock cut near Milepost 128.5 on CSX's Berkshire Subdivision, known to area railfans as "The Art Colony." The train is beginning to dig into the ruling westbound grade on Washington Hill, the first mountain railroad in the world upon its completion in 1841. |
