    Heavy overnight snow brought mixed blessings today at the Worth Valley. A gas explosion adjacent to the railway at Oakworth had effectively closed the line towards Keighley beyond Haworth. An intensive 'shuttle' service was substitured between Haworth and Oxenhope, allowing an opportunity to try something a little different as the neat little Ivatt tank heads into late afternoon light.
