| After shoving a load of asphalt tankers at the NS Marion Branch connection at Bolivar, a crewman hooks up the final air hose connections to take a load of petroleum to the Laketon Refining Corporation. In 1991 the Laketon Refining Corp built a 3.1 mile section of track between their refinery at Laketon to the connection with the ex Conrail NS Marion Branch at Bolvar, IN. This track was relaid over the former Erie Lackawanna right of way which was dismantled after the line was abandoned in 1980. |
