Remarks & Notes

Westbound B&O manifest WI-99 was climbing upgrade around Bracken's Curve at Brackens, PA on June 6, 1987. The lead unit, GP38 No. 2046, must have been a fairly early CSX repaint. Note the "B&O" sub-lettering under the number on the side of the cab.
