| WC was working through its first winter in Jan. of 88 and operations were a bit of a struggle. SDL 585 still in the infamous Soo "bandit" scheme works west at Caffey pushing the Russell plow that Soo had assigned to Gladstone for many years. The plow still wears its Soo R-183 number even though it had came along in the sale of equipment and property to the WC the prior October. |
