| WC 6587, 6592, LS&I 3002 roll west into the afternoon sun near Spalding. This job is heading for interchange with the WC at Hermansville, it will then take the WC to Superior via Rhinelander and Ladysmith. Next it will be handed over to the DMIR for loading and then make the slow trek back to Escanaba for unloading. These Minorca trains were a wintertime fixture of north woods railroading for a number of years. |
