Super Fleet
On the very first run of Super Fleet GP60Ms, the Santa Fe QNYLA train speeds through Ransom, Illinois, on May 20, 1990. Only two GP60Ms were delivered by EMD at this point (Nos. 100 and 101), so FP45s Nos. 96 and 92 were sandwiched by the brand-new machines. The weather may have been dreary, but a Santa Fe warbonnet in fresh paint was a sight to behold!
