As planned, the H97 began its trip by waiting for the 8762 in Forada, then, with a warrant to MP 214 (AKA WSS Detroit Lakes) they were off.
Just north of Alex, they pass over the channel between Lake Geneva and Lake Le Homme Dieu. I missed getting a boat passing through here by less than a minute.
Note the fishing line and bobbers tangled in the wires.
