| On borrowed time, Metra's Tower A5 witnesses the latenight passage of the Wisconsin & Southern's Daily roadfreight to the Belt Railway of Chicago's Clearing Yard. Future signal and switch upgrades will render this old sturdy brick tower useless in the coming years. NOTE: TAKEN ON METRA PROPERTY WITH PERMISSION. |
