Remarks & Notes

The Saugus Local heads south at CP Saugus with a full compliment of ex SP units. The lead is an SP GP38-2. The second, still in speed lettering, is a Morris-Knudson rebuild of a GP40, called GP40M-2. Once common in SoCal, these ex-SP GP40M-2s are getting quite rare.
