In a special gathering, for which I wish to thank Amtrak, Pan Am, Vermont Rail System, Montreal Maine & Atlantic and the New England Central for working with me to make happen, Amtrak's Vermonter train #57 heads southbound through White River Junction, VT, passing the NECR 601 freight, the Pan Am Boston & Maine heritage GP9 (ST) #77 with the GMRC White River Flyer passenger train and GMRC Alco RS-1 405 and distantly more VRS power on hand. The gathering was arranged by Eastern Railroad News for the Glory Days of the Railroad Festival in White River Junction, VT.
