Remarks & Notes

A Rio Grande SFT, 'Short Fast Train' climbs Cedar Hill in the Green River Desert just west of Grassy, Utah. The scenic Book Cliffs line the background, a range of desert mountains that span a distance of 200 miles between Palisade, Colorado and Helper, Utah. Note the gold painted Cargill covered hoppers with six tank cars thrown in for good measure.
