| The southbound OCS-05 rolls into Brattleboro, VT to break the banner celebrating the end of the first completed ARRA High Speed Passenger Rail grant project in the country. The NECR wrapped up the project just days previous to the ceremonial banner breaking and address from Transp. Sec. Ray LaHood and FRA Administrator Joe Szabo. |
