Remarks & Notes

While a local resident struts her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, MUNI car 1007 departs Castro Station for Fisherman's Wharf. This PCC streetcar, built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1948, is painted to commemorate Philadelphia Suburban Transportation Company, the 'Red Arrow' lines serving Philly's western suburbs, which ran interurban cars with some PCC features from 1949 to 1982.
