| The east end of the DRGW Cumbres Pass line, now the Cumbres and Toltec, is at its scenic best in the early morning and late afternoon. Not long after sunrise the road engine and helper are both visible on the middle of the three levels at the "Whiplash" in this long view taken from Big Horn. The third or high level of the Whiplash is clearly visible in the upper left. A Farrails/Lerro charter. |
