Gleaming in fresh paint, a Utah Railway MK5000C awaits its next assignment hauling coal through the rugged canyons of Utah's Wasatch Mountains. In two years, the 5005 would lose its Caterpillar diesel engine and receive new Genesee & Wyoming orange, yellow, and black paint.
