New England Central is the third carrier in the Green Mountain Gateway haul of ethanol from the Dakota's to Providence, RI and is seen at Westminster, Vermont with the 644-12 (same train as this photo: http://www.mymm001.cn/viewphoto.php?id=414734 from day previous) behind fellow RailAmerica (GWI-owned) CSOR SD40-2 3771, NECR SD40-2M 2680, NECR SD40-2 721 and NECR SD40 6281 (ex-Conrail). Train is enroute for handoff to the Providence & Worcester at Willimantic, CT.
