| At 5:59am, the soft early morning light catches the Johannesburg to East London "Amatola" as it passes through Trompsburg station, heading towards Springfontein. The remains of the old station buildings and goods shed can be seen on either side of the tracks. This train normally passes here around midnight, but today is running six hours late. |
