Ex-SP8296 iss one of the 11 "Roseville '99 SP repaints" (unauthorized by Roseville, CA in 1999) that recieved all gray paint and scarlet ends minus the red wings. All units received an abbreviated "SP" on the hood or no hood markings at all.
