| The second winter storm of the season has just dumped three inches of the fluffy white stuff on the ground. Hurricane Sandy damaged NJT GP40PH-2 4146 waits on the M&E's interchanage track as a westbound NJT MidTOWN Direct train passes. The 4146 is waiting shop time inside the M&E's Morristown shop. |
