| Metra West Line train #2256 shoves the last Elgin train into Chicago for the night as WSOR's T-001 stands by, awaiting a route on the C&M Sub. and a trip back home to Janesville, WI. These classic Milwaukee Road sentinels won't be long for the world, as preliminary preparation work has begun on upgrading Metra's aging A5 Interlocking on the city's near northwest side.
