KC and the GT
What an amazing pair of units to catch in 2012. Two SD40's idle away the afternoon on O480, a work deadhead to Macmillan Yard, as they wait for northbounds CP 423 and CN M301 to clear at Boyne. GTW 5954 was originally a CN unit, and after KCS then CN ownership, it was rebuilt by Alsthom in Montréal and given GTW reporting marks. The trailer, GTW 5936, is the last blue and red Grand Trunk 6-axle unit left. Like I said, what a catch.
