Deer Creek Scenic Railroad put on an unforgettable show for Labor Day, 1989. SP 1744 (Baldwin 2-6-0, blt Nov. 1901) and UP 618 (Baldwin 2-8-0, blt. July 1907) doublehead a packed train of riders from Vivian Park along the 2.5% grade between Deer Creek Park and Wallsburg siding.
