In a rare occurance, an overweight and overlength NS 13T-21 (weighing in at 13,000 tons and 8700' in length) was mandated to detour off of its usual route to Allentown across the RBMN "Mainline" between DUPONT and M&H Junction due to length and tonnage restrictions on that route. Here NS detour train 13T-21 makes its way South through Laflin, PA (M.P. 683) on the CP Sunbury Sub on the afternoon of September 21, 2010 on its way to Harrisburg where it will turn East and head for Allentown Yard.
