The Chicago, IL, to Council Bluffs, IA, intermodal train is about to pass thru Benson Curve. I-11 and I-12 was put on for awhile to try to drum up intermodal business along the Iowa Division. The business never really soared but it did put a westbound mid-day train out of Waterloo for a short while. This train is about 11 miles west of Waterloo.
