| The S&NC D&H heritage unit poses at Saratoga station on a nice Fall morning after bringing a train in from North Creek. This engine is the former Staten Island Railway 821. Built in 1943 it is believed to have originally been a US Army unit. It was acquired in 2010 by the former operator of the North Creek line, Upper Hudson. It was transferred to the S&NC in 2011. |
