CP 8516, a steam generator equipped GP9 waits for its next assignment in CP's Vancouver roundhouse. At this time it could be expected to be part of a "Canadian" consist, which was still being serviced in this facility in 1978, pre-VIA. By 1986 Expo 86 would obliterate any evidence of this facility, and the "Canadian" would be part of VIA.
