| On a blistering hot but otherwise beautiful late Spring evening, NS train 65R-30 leans into the sweeping curve as it heads west through Mexico, PA (PT 148) on the NS Pittsburgh Line with NS 8009 and NS 8099 (Southern Heritage Unit) supplying the power for around 100 empty cans and 2 spacers. Believe it or not, this marks the first heritage unit to grace my view finder! |
