| 16 of this 8-car 700-7000 series "Rail Star" were built from 1999 for JR West, with a maximum speed of 285 km p.h., for service between Shin-Osaka and Hakata (San-Yo Shinkansen). Trainset E6 is entering Shin-Yamaguchi station with "Kodama 747" from Okayama to Hakata (442 km). |
