Green Bay and Western RS3u No. 308 switches in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on October 14, 1985. The train is looking much like a model railroad consist; a locomotive, a single tank car, trailed by a caboose. The GB&W labeled these RS3s rebuilt to 2,000 h.p. in the Norwood Shops as RS20s
