F40s 228 and 241 were sent to bring train 286 from Syracuse to Albany after it rear ended CSX Q620 in causing enough damage for lead F40 #414 to be scrapped in Albany, NY. They're seen sitting in the CSX Dewitt Yard after pulling the consist into the yard before bringing it to Albany.
