| Requiem for Waltham Tower. Waltham Tower was in operation from 1928 until June 8, 2013, when it closed at 3pm. During its final years its operators controlled the 20 or miles between West Cambridge and South Acton. Here train #431 passes on a sunny April afternoon in 2010. |
