| C 57 135 "Pacific" steamlocomotive (builder Mitsubishi 1940) on the turntable in the "Railway Museum" Saitama. This very sucessful type pulled the very last official steam train of Japan National Railways on 14th decembre 1975 from Muroran to Imawizama. It was exhibited in Tokyos "Transportation Museum" from 1976 to 2007, then it was moved to the new museum in Saitama. |
