    Neither rain, sleet, or snow can stop the mailman but seeing a massive locomotive being taken from the tracks and placed on the highway? That seems to do the trick here as the college in Waycross received this as a donation for mechanical training classes. This will give students and prospective mechanics a hands on feel for the job.
