| After the SCL merger the MBAs at Jacksonville reduced access to the import industrial port city from 5 to 1, that one being at the mercy of at least two moveable bridges. Once one of the only U-boats on the Clinchfield, this one is exiled from the mountains and is preparing to cross the Cape Fear River.
